Southampton, UK - boats.com Europe has announced that at the end of the 3rd quarter it had already beaten its sales, revenue and earnings forecasts for the 2003 financial year. boats.com Europe is the European subsidiary of boats.com, Inc. and the European operations centre for the recreational marine world's most popular Internet sites, www.boats.com and www.yachtworld.com.

"This robust performance is a result of the increasing demand for our services by our blue chip client base," said Ian Atkins, Managing Director, boats.com Europe. "We continually strive to produce innovative products and services to contribute to their success."

An example of the innovative services provided by boats.com is the new marketing partnership with Fairline. A comprehensive database of Approved Pre-Used Fairline's is now available on Fairline's own website, www.fairline.com, allowing visitors to gather up-to-date details, pictures and specifications of all used Fairline's available throughout the authorised dealer network. Appointed Fairline dealers are able to input their own brokerage listings and amend details which are updated hourly by the boats.com site. "By utilising the boats.com database listings we have created the ultimate source of Fairlines for sale via our website," says Brian Jones, Marketing Manager of Fairline Boats "This initiative is part of our global strategy to further strengthen the Fairline brand and deliver service to our customers via our Authorised Fairline Dealers."

Over 450 European brokers now use YachtWorld.com as an integral part of their on-line marketing efforts. Each week over 150 boats worth over Euros 28 million are sold as a result of their appearance on the YachtWorld.com site. "These days YW is generating far and away the majority of our new leads," say Debbie Beere & John Watts, joint Managing Directors of International Yacht Brokers, the European specialists in pre-owned Sunseekers. "Increases in leads of between 35 and 40% are too powerful to ignore." This sentiment is echoed by Sean Noble, Brokerage Director of the Moody Group, who says, "Since joining YW in early 2003 we have enjoyed a strong increase in qualified leads and these are leads that invariably result in genuine new business."

In closing his remarks, Atkins said, "It is gratifying to hear that world class brand names like Fairline, Moody, Sunseeker and others recognise the results we provide them."
